Legal Terms and Agreement  

The Writing Experience [Pilot Edition]  

Learning Producers, Inc.  

Effective Date: March 10, 2025  

By enrolling, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Legal Terms and Agreement (“Agreement”).  

This Agreement governs your participation in the Service, including the “INDEPENDENT” ($100) and “TEAM” ($300) tiers, and applies to all related materials, sessions, and interactions.

  1. Service Description  

The Service is an educational program designed to enhance writing skills through guided practices, AI-powered feedback, and structured accountability. It includes:  

  • Access to *The Writing Experience Playbook [Pilot Edition]*  

  • A password-protected page for sharing works-in-progress  

  • Three live sessions (Launch, Draft Discussion, Final Reflection), up to 1 hour each (phone or video)  

  • Optional one-page written interpretation by Learning Producers, Inc.  

This Service does not provide accreditation, certification, or work-for-hire content creation.

2. Eligibility and Participation  

  • Participants must be individuals or small business teams (up to 5 people for the “TEAM” tier).  

  • The Service requires the use of AI tools (e.g., Learning Producer GPT, Claude, Grok) for feedback, with varying familiarity levels accepted.  

  • Participants agree to engage in uncensored discussions and provide/receive open critiques within the group, understanding that all shared content is public to group members.

3. Fees and Payment  

  • “INDEPENDENT” Tier: $100 for solo participants.  

  • “TEAM” Tier: $300 for teams (up to 5 participants). 

  • Fees are non-refundable upon payment, except in cases of Service non-delivery due to Company fault.  

  • Payment initiates access to the password-protected page and session scheduling within 60 days.

4. Session Scheduling and Conduct 

 

  •  All three sessions must occur within 60 days of payment.  

  •  Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice; no-shows or unanswered calls forfeit the session.  

  •  If the Company cancels a session, it will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time.

  •  Participants agree to respect professionalism during sessions, with verbal threats, harassment, or violence resulting in expulsion without refund.

5. Intellectual Property  

  • All original content created by Participants during the Service remains their intellectual property.  

  •  *The Writing Experience Playbook [Pilot Edition]*, methodologies, and Company materials are proprietary to Learning Producers, Inc. and licensed for personal or business use within the Service only.  

  •  The Company does not provide work-for-hire services.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality  

  • Group-shared content (e.g., works-in-progress, feedback) is public to participants within the cohort and intended for stress-testing; Participants should only share what they are comfortable making public.  

  • Personal data outside the group is protected per the Company’s privacy policy; see Terms of Service at [learningproducers.com/terms] for details.  

  • The Company is not responsible for third-party AI tool data handling (e.g., Claude, Grok).

7. AI Use  

  • Participants are required to use AI tools for feedback, selecting from their preferred options (e.g., Learning Producer GPT, ChatGPT, Claude, Grok), with the Company synthesizing insights from tools like Claude and Grok.  

  • The Company provides guidance but does not guarantee specific outcomes from AI use. Participants assume responsibility for AI-related consequences.

8. Limitation of Liability  

  • The Company is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Service, including writing project outcomes or third-party interactions.  

  • The Company is not responsible for emotional duress resulting from participation, except in cases of willful misconduct.

9. Termination and Refunds  

  • The Company may terminate participation for breaches of conduct or non-compliance with guidelines, with no refund.  

  • Refunds are only issued if the Company fails to deliver the Service as agreed.  

  • Participants may voluntarily provide feedback to improve the Service, contributing to future iterations (e.g., Playbook version 2.0).

10. Modification of Terms

  

  • The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement. Updated terms will be posted at [https://www.learningproducers.com/terms-of-service-twe-pilot], and continued participation constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law  

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes will be resolved in Illinois courts.

12. Severability 

 

  • If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be reformed or replaced with a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the intent of the original provision.

13. Acknowledgment  

  • By enrolling, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and the Terms of Service at learningproducers.com.
